Applications for admissions in the prescribed form should be addressed to the Director, NMHA, Kolhapur, duly filled in along with 3 passport sized photographs and must state clearly for which of the course admission is sought.
The application must be accompanied by the ORIGINAL copies of the following certificates:
School/ College Leaving Certificate
Mark sheet
Passing Certificate of the qualifying examination
Character and Conduct Certificate from school / college last attended.
A candidate who is found to have furnished false information or to have suppressed material information will, if be dismissed and his/her fees will be forfeited.
